Our Firm

Rooted in Legacy
Highpoint is built on decades of land development experience, long-standing professional relationships, and a shared commitment to delivering practical, high-quality work. While our firm was formally established in 2010, our foundation extends much deeper, shaped by earlier practices, enduring partnerships, and a team that has worked together across multiple chapters of the industry.
Where Experience Runs Deep
Highpoint’s origins trace back to 1946. Bradford Saivetz & Associates began as an engineering and surveying firm in Braintree, MA, growing into a multidisciplinary practice focused on retail, residential, and industrial development. After its 2000 acquisition by Cubellis, the civil engineering group expanded under strong leadership and delivered major regional projects.
Following Cubellis’ closure in 2009, key team members preserved their long-standing collaboration and client relationships by founding Highpoint Engineering in 2010, carrying decades of experience forward into a new, independent firm.

The Highpoint Approach
Our work is built on a connected, end-to-end process that keeps projects moving efficiently from concept through construction.
We begin by defining what a site can support—evaluating zoning, land use, utilities, and environmental constraints. From there, we identify challenges early and establish a clear, achievable path forward.
Civil engineering and landscape architecture are developed together, resulting in cohesive, buildable solutions.
We produce coordinated, permit-ready documentation and manage approvals across local, state, and federal agencies to maintain momentum. The result is a streamlined, coordinated process that reduces uncertainty and keeps projects advancing.
Culture at Highpoint
Highpoint’s culture is built around hands-on collaboration, mentorship, and shared responsibility.
We are a professional, fast-moving consulting firm where people work closely across roles and experience levels to solve problems, support clients, and help each other grow.
Our work requires technical judgment, communication, and accountability, but our culture is also grounded in approachability, learning, and pride in doing meaningful work together.
