1 Seth F. Tobey Road is a retail pad development site by Alrig USA consisting of several pad sites including Aspen Dental, Starbucks with a drive-thru and two other tenant sites under development. This project is situated conveniently in Wareham, Massachusetts with great highway access. Highpoint, as the prime consultant led the design team and permit expediting through all phases. Construction has been phased with all phases due to be completed within the next year.
