Highpoint provided civil engineering, land planning, permitting, and site design services for the expansion of the existing manufacturing and warehouse facility at 200 Shuman Avenue in Stoughton, Massachusetts. The project included an approximately 82,000 square foot building addition to support Globe Composite Solutions’ expanded manufacturing operations, along with associated improvements to site access, loading, parking, utilities, stormwater management, landscaping, lighting, and emergency circulation.
