733 Concord Avenue is a 44,000± sf industrial building conversion to life science situated in the “Quadrangle” of the Concord Alewife neighborhood in Cambridge. The vacant building was acquired in 2015 with core and shell renovations to accommodate multiple tenants. Highpoint provided civil engineering and permitting services for the project including upgrades to the site sanitary sewer and water services to support the new building programming.
