Christmas Tree Shops Distribution Center

Christmas Tree Shops (now owned by Bed, Bath, and Beyond) is a multi-phased, one-million sf central distribution facility located in Middleborough, Massachusetts. Located within the Campanelli Industrial Park, this distribution facility is presently constructed at 750,000 sf, and recently underwent office and site/warehouse renovations to support the relocation of the company headquarters from Yarmouth, Massachusetts.

Highpoint team members developed site engineering designs for two different phases of the project, including obtaining site planning and engineering approvals from municipal agencies. This included developing mitigation measures to address abutter concerns such as preservation of natural vegetation along the property line, supplemented with earth berms and vegetative screening to reduce noise and lighting impacts.
