CubeSmart

Highpoint was retained by Conroy Development Corp. to support the development of a new 68,175± sf three-story self-storage facility for CubeSmart and office space. Assisted with land planning, permitting and entitlement, and civil/site engineering services along with construction administrative services provided as needed. Site specific services included local site plan approval, special permit, a notice of intent filing with the conservation commission and modifications to initial approvals associated with the addition of an identifying pole sign.
