Nova Residences of Quincy

Nova Residences of Quincy is a mixed-use building located in the heart of Quincy Center steps from the MBTA Red Line. The building features 171 apartment residences and over 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. 36 of the second-floor apartments at Nova Residences of Quincy are now convertible to hotel rooms should market demand arise. Nova Residences of Quincy is now connected to a public ground-floor, all-weather galleria linking Hancock Street to a new 650-to-700-space parking garage built by the City of Quincy. The galleria includes seating, public art, and retail. Nova Residences of Quincy replaces a vacant retail strip and opened in 2019.
