Old Colony Square is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development comprised of 32,000 SF of ground-level retail space, 16 units of 2nd floor residential space in a signature building and a standalone 3,600 SF future office/retail pad. The site of a former boat storage facility, Old Colony Square provides pedestrian and vehicular connections to the Cohasset Station on the MBTA-Greenbush line.
