Stoughton Crossing

Engineering design, permitting and land surveying services have been provided for the multi-use development in Stoughton, MA. The project includes two retail strip buildings, one restaurant building, a Dunkin’ Donuts, a bank, a day care, and laundry service and the incorporation of the old Dunkin’ Donuts building as part of a Planned Business Development. Particular services included schematic design site planning, land surveying, design development plan preparation, earthwork analysis, stormwater management design and local and federal approval permitting.
