Synageva BioPharma is a 38,000± sf research and development facility situated at 100 Industrial Drive in Holden, MA. Synageva purchased the property in 2011 and in 2015 completed a program of substantial facility renovations designed to accommodate their advancing research and development operations. Highpoint provided planning, civil engineering and permitting services for a new perimeter security and vector control system, site and access improvements, and pedestrian trail network through sensitive environmental areas interconnecting the site with abutting municipal land.
