Highpoint provided site design, permitting, and land surveying services for several TGI Friday locations in Massachusetts. In almost all instances, site permitting presented itself as a significant hurdle.

Stormwater management designed proved to be a significant challenge for most of the locations. Close coordination with local and state agencies as well as team member wetland consultants were critical in order to achieve success.
